Welcome to the Dynamo Swim Team!
This schedule is for 3 lessons per week
This is your first level of training for competitions. You will be learning how to:
1. Use a pace clock
2. Improve your starts and turns
3. Build your endurance
4. Work towards completing the 200 IM in 4 minutes or less
When you have accomplished these goals you are now ready to move up to Regional 4
