1.  Breaststroke kick

2.  Breaststroke pull and drills

3.  Breaststroke timing

4.  Breaststroke swim, 25 meters including starts and turns

Seals Group 7 : Learn Butterfly Stroke

1.  Butterfly kick with and without kick board

2,  Butterfly arms stroke only with drills

3.  Building endurance

4.  Butterfly swim 25 meters

5.  Practice starts and turns with all four strokes
