Swim BC Provincial Competition plan is comprised of Divisional Competitions progressing to Provincial Championships.
There are 3 winter, and 3 summer Divisional competitions. The regions represented in the Divisional format are combinations of existing regions of the province, designed to create equity in numbers and competition. Divisional Competitions are held short course to permit access to more facilities in BC and provide hosting opportunities for more Swim BC member clubs.
Provincial Championships are the pinnacle of Swim BC competitive programming. There are two Provincial Championships, 1 winter, and 1 summer. Both competitions are held in long course championship caliber pools.
